Color Subvariation swatches

I am building a website for selling paints. I have so many colors and I simply cant add them into variations. So instead i have decided i will add the colors as hirachies. So for example, only Red, blue and green will show on the page. But when a customer wants a variation of red, blue or green (which could into hundreds), they select the parent color for the variations to show.

For instance, if I want light blue or navy blue, i will first select Blue. Blue will then list to me all the available blue colors including navy and light. I will then select accordingly. My cart will only show navy or light.

Question is, can i achieve this with your color variation plugin?
