You can do that with the premium version of our plugin.
Under the styling tab, there is an option to set a custom background.

Hey Guys…
I sent a message by Live Chat and it kept timing out and nobody responded so I’m sending an email instead…
I came across your Variation Swatches for Woocom this morning, and it has allowed me to create 90% of what I wanted to, which is awesome…
Now, to make it 100% AMAZING is it possible to colour the chosen swatch as per the attached screenshots…
The screenshot with the blue background swatch is what I am attempting to achieve and the blank background swatch is what I currently have…
