Hello,

the invoice is incorrect: I was charged the VAT, but there is no VAT ID anywhere on the invoice (of my company or yours). Moreover, since you seem to be a non-EU company, you shouldn’t be charging the European VAT (as long as you don’t have an EU VAT ID). Meanwhile, the invoice says 49 USD, while I was charged 52,29 USD, so VAT incluced.

How can we solve the situation?

Hi Monika,

Please check your inbox for an email from Paddle (you can also search for the term “Paddle” in your inbox).

Paddle charges for the VAT, and they should have sent you the correct invoice too.

If you are eligible, you can also request a VAT refund from Paddle.

If you cannot find the correct invoice, please let us know. We will resend it to you.
