Another question: in the account details, the email address is [email protected], but we received subscription renewal mails at the (old) address [email protected]. This email is not listed in the account details anymore. How can this happen?

I have forwarded your ticket to our team (to fix the missing invoice issue).
When you make a purchase, we create an account on our site using the email address and other details.
Our payment gateway also securely saves the details on their end.
I think that at some point, you have changed your account email address (on our site).
However, the payment gateway still has the email address associated with the purchase.
