Our Variation Swatches Pro plugin is an extension of the Variation Swatches Free plugin.
Please make sure you have installed and activated both Free and Pro versions.
If you have already activated both plugins, can you please give us temporary admin access to your site? We’ll try to investigate the issue for you.
You can add new users by going to Users > Add New set the user and password for us, set the role to admin, and set the info here.

how to activate Variation Swatches on product catalog page?

Hello,
My website was created by a contracted company. After a period I decided to manage my page myself. Now a situation has arisen that I’m unable to overcome.
I installed and bought the Variation Swatches pro plugin and I can’t activate the variations on the product catalog page (as you can see in the attached image). I have the variations (colors and sizes) on the product page but I can’t activate them on the general page?
Does anyone know how to activate/resolve this situation?
