From my inspection, you are using a custom theme.

Please try it with any standard theme from WordPress.org or Themeforest.

You can try a default theme like- Twenty Twenty-four, Storefront.

It seems like you have added some additional JS inside your custom theme which is generating a console error: https://paste.pics/QGJVC

Another thing I have found you have added jQuery where jQuery is a built-in library of WordPress Core.

It is beyond our support scope when you use a custom theme. Because it is difficult to check individuals’ custom code and give a fix.
