We have added our plugin to this site with a default theme. Please check whether you find the same issue or not.
If not, please check your plugins and themes by deactivating which one is changing the <li> markup.

I have inspected the site and found <ul class=”variations”> contains the <li class=”woo-variation-swatches-variable-item-more”>.

I didn’t the issue after painting the webpage from my end.
