Changing images is not a feature of our plugin; it’s a feature of WooCommerce itself.
Could you disable our Swatches plugin and check if it works?
Most importantly, you need to add images for each product variation.
When a variation has its feature image, we can turn the image into an image-type swatch.
Here is a tutorial on how it works.

Hello,
I see in your demo pages that product variations are connected to gallery images. For example, on this Variation Swatches For WooCommerce demo product page: https://demo.getwooplugins.com/woocommerce-variation-swatches/product-details/product/face-masks-anti-dust/ when you select a variation, the image gallery scrolls to the correct image. I have explored the options in the Variation Swatches For WooCommerce settings, and I am not able to find a setting that connects variation selection to gallery images. Please let me know if I missed something!
