There is set up dodatek, that started to disappear. And when I set them up again – it disappears after some time – sometimes in 10 minutes, sometimes more.
I visited the page and waited for 10 minutes to check the swatches. Unfortunately, I didn’t face any issues as you mentioned.
Note: As you said, it is your best-selling product. Please make sure of the stock quantity. If the stock is 0 the variations will be hidden in that case.
If I missed anything, could you record me reproducing your issue using a tool like this? https://www.useloom.com
It helps me to quickly figure out the issue.
Also I had problems with my license.

Disappearing swatches

Hi,
I have problems with products that have 2 swatches or more. The most problem I see is with product : SOFIA kapa (https://meracollection.com/product/sofia-kapa/) and https://meracollection.com/product/premium-svilena-elastika-za-lase/ .
There is set up dodatek, that started to disappear. And when I set them up again – it disappears after some time – sometimes in 10 minutes, sometimes more.
And when it disappears the product can’t be bought. This is a real issue for me as this is one of our bestselling products.
Also I had problems with my license. I didn’t pay for the first one, and after 2 weeks I updated my payment and it made a new subscription. So I added my domain to this subscription and also changed the license number but the problems are still the same.
I would like to ask you for your help as soon as possible.
