Image Tooltip for Radio Attributes

Good Evening,
I have a customer who screen-prints and embroiders clothing/hats. I have radio buttons for each sewn/printed type, but I’d like to be able to have the customer hover over the attribute and it display a tooltip image. Is this possible? Any help is much appreciated!
