Image sizes and Placement

Steve C

Hi and thanks in advance for your help.

On this product page: https://yourexhibitstore.com/nbly/product/the-standard/ when I activated the plugin, the main Woo Product Image, size and placement changed along with the thumbnail images size and placement. I’ve tried to adjust those settings in Divi and your settings but nothing seems to change those.

Is there a way to adjust the size/position of the main product image?

Also a way to resize the thumbnail images and sizes?

Appreciated,

Steve

Hi I think I figured out some of the issues by playing with the settings.

On that same page, I do have another question:

Under the “Graphic” title, it shows all the thumbnails, is there a way:

After selecting a Product Option and then Brand to just show those options that are under that Brand instead of all the thumbnails and “X’s through the others?

There will be a lot of options and I’d rather keep it clean and nonly show what’s necessary to that brand.

Thanks.

Hi Steve C,

Thanks for reaching out to us.

Could you record me reproducing your issue using a tool like this? https://www.useloom.com
It helps me to quickly figure out the issue.

Thank you

Steve C

Thank you for your reply. I don’t have audio to make a video, so I took a screen shot of the page and labeled the two0 issues.

I hope they explain what I’m looking to accomplish.

Appreciate your help,

Steve

Hopefully you received the image I sent as I do not see it here in the thread.

Steve C

I am going to have 30-40 options under the “Graphic” label/choice so there will be too many to display, that why I only want to show the ones associated with the chosen Product and Brand.

Steve C

Hoping to hear from you as I just purchased the pro version.

Hi Steve,

Unfortunately, your screenshots were not attached properly.

Please upload your screenshot here: https://prnt.sc/ and post directly the screenshot link in this thread.

Thank You

Steve C

I sent the screenshot to the link you provided.

Thanks

Hi Steve,

Unfortunately, the feature is not currently available. You want dependent fields. Our plugin doesn’t do that right now.

Please send the feature request here: https://storepress.fider.io/

and ask your other to upvote it.

Cheers!

Since it can’t do what I needed and expected, I would like a refund.

How is that taken care of?

Thanks.

Steve C

I hope you stand by your policy of:

But regardless that, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, don’t worry. We offer 30 days money back guarantee.

Hi Steve,

Please open a ticket regarding your refund.

So that I can forward it to our Sales & Marketing team.

Also, check our refund policy in the meantime.

We will surely process your refund. But for this line:

I hope you stand by your policy of:

I think I should show you something, please check this: https://snipboard.io/lH8BDC.jpg.

Now please let me know whether we should stand by our policy or not 🙂

Thank You

Steve C

You can’t have it both ways and I don’t appreciate your attitude, how dare you.
The reason I bought your software was because  on your site it clearly states:
We offer 30 days Money Back Guarantee- 100% No questions asked Refund Guarantee.

Yes I think you should stand by your policy. You can’t say “No Questions Asked” and then put restrictions. I bought it for a particular way and it doesn’t work for me, is that the way you want to treat your customers, by making it difficult and not keeping your word, is that what kind of company you are? You want to keep my money even if your software is useless to me?

I was being honest and you are using it against me.

Are you going to fight me on this? How about I don’t like the plugin, is that better.

Hi Steve,

You can’t have it both ways and I don’t appreciate your attitude, how dare you.

I didn’t show any attitude. Your first message was enough to let us know you want a refund. You do not need to point out the policy. Because we know our policy better than you.

Are you going to fight me on this? How about I don’t like the plugin, is that better.

If I want it, I wouldn’t say this: https://snipboard.io/pWdEC0.jpg

Thank You

Steve C

Not sure I understand:

If I want it, I wouldn’t say this: https://snipboard.io/pWdEC0.jpg

“We will surely process your refund”. I understand that line
But then you add: But for this line: Which means you would have, but you’re not.

The attitude comes from the policy  you state “No Questions Asked” and then pointing out a restriction which in turn means you are not going to honor a refund.

Maybe it’s a communication issue, I hope so.

I did put in a ticket for the refund and hoping your company is honorable and of their word.

Thank you.

Hi Steve,

We will stick to this line: “We will surely process your refund” Don’t worry.

If you want a refund please just ask for a refund. We know our policy, it is not necessary to mention the policy.

I did put in a ticket for the refund and hoping your company is honorable and of their word.

I have already forwarded your ticket to our Sales & Marketing team.

Please be patient. Also, post your order number and license key on that ticket.

I have already changed that ticket status to private.

Thanks

Steve C

Thank you, I will add the order # to that ticket.
