There is an option to make the out-of-stock options clickable.
Uncheck the Disable out of stock first to make it visible.
Following this should solve the incompatibility.

Compatibility issue with WooCommerce Back In Stock Notifications Plugin

We have installed the WooCommerce Back In Stock Notifications Plugin and it is conflicting with the Swatches plugin. I am not able to choose a variation that would then show the Back In Stock Email field.
