Mobile: Image Gallery keeps loading until user scrolls

Dear Support,

first of all I’m very happy with my purchase.
I only have a problem when accessing a product detail page with an iPhone or any Android smartphone. The gallery loader keeps loading until the user scrolls down. I tried to deactivate Lazyload of image files but it didn’t solve the bug.

I would be glad if you could assist me, because I couldn’t find anything on your support forum

Thank you for reaching out to us. Please kindly do a plugin compatibility check by doing these steps to identify the error :

=> Deactivate all of your additional plugins except WooCommerce and Additional Variation Images Gallery Plugin.

=> See if the problem persists.

=> If the problem is resolved, you can tell which plugin might be the culprit of this error by activating your additional plugins one by one.

Hi Hakik,
that helped. Luckily I started with WP Rocket… its the plugin that causes the problem. In fact it is an option which delays execution of javascript files until the user scrolls or interacts. There is option where I can exclude certain js files. Could you please tell me, which files of you plugin should I exclude?

Hi Piyal,

Glad to know you have found it.

Please exclude the following JS:

wp-content/plugins/woo-variation-gallery/assets/js/frontend.min.js

wp-content/plugins/woo-variation-gallery/assets/js/slick.min.js

Also, you can disable the Defere JS option (from the WP Rocket plugin) for a test.

I tried to exclude them, but then it loads for ever.

when is disable the option sitewide it works perfectly, but then my side is slow …
