Hi Ali,
Thanks for reaching out to us. Could you disable our Swatches plugin and check if is it working without our plugin or not?
Hope to hear from you soon.
Thank you
As I mentioned the problem is with the pro version.
the problem will be resolved by disabling the pro version!
I have two plugins installed : free version + pro version.
Disabling the free version won’t solve the problem.
Disabling the pro version will solve the problem.
Hi Ali,
Disabling the free version won’t solve the problem.
Our Pro version is an extension of the Free version. If you disable our Free version the Pro version will not be applied on your site. After disabling the Free version you will get a notice on the top of the page that: “Variation Swatches for WooCommerce – Pro is an add-on of Variation Swatches for WooCommerce”
If disabling the free version won’t solve the problem, so, there is less chance that the issue is happening from our plugin.
If you are using a gallery feature from your plugin, you can disable the gallery feature and enable the default WooCommerce Gallery for a test.
Also, kindly do a plugin compatibility check by doing these steps to identify the error :
=> Deactivate all of your additional plugins except WooCommerce, WooCommerce Variation Swatches, and WooCommerce Variation Swatches Pro Plugin.
=> See if the problem persists.
=> If the problem is resolved, you can understand which plugin might be the culprit of this error by activating your additional plugins one by one.
Looking forward to hearing from you soon.
Thank You
Deactivating your plugin solves the problem !!! As I said disabling the pro version solves the problem!
So your plugin causes the problem for sure.
The problem is with the pro version ! the add-on that you said causes the problem.
My cashe plugin doesn’t allow me to deactivate the free version. (So I have not tested this.) I deactivated the Pro version and lost many data of the product variations , So I had to restore the website from my backups.
* I do not use any gallery plugin I use the default woocommerce gallery.
Hi Ali,
My cashe plugin doesn’t allow me to deactivate the free version. (So I have not tested this.)
I have replied based on your previous reply(Quoted below):
Disabling the free version won’t solve the problem.
Your cache plugin doesn’t allow you to deactivate the free version. It is really strange. Which caching plugin you are using?
I can see you are using a child theme. Will you please check by enabling the parent theme for a test?
Please let me know if you want to test it on a staging site. Then I can create a staging site for you. You can test it there.
Hope to hear from you soon.
Thank You
Hi,
I use wp rocket.
I tried the parent theme. (No change)
Deactivating the Pro plugin solves the problem. The problem is with your plugin.

I tried to create the problem in your staging website but I couldn’t. I temporary solved the problem with the following CSS code:
.woocommerce-js div.product div.images.woocommerce-product-gallery .flex-viewport {
height: auto !important;
}
Hi Ali,
I tried to create the problem in your staging website but I couldn’t.
Please try to replicate the issue in your free time, I have still opened the staging for you. If the plugin has an issue on your site, it must occur on the staging as well.
I temporary solved the problem with the following CSS code
I am very glad that you have resolved the issue. You are great and thanks for sharing the code with us. It may help others.
Thank You
