Variation Field Cannot Be Displayed

Toygar Niron

Hello,

Even though the variation field settings are the same, it is displayed in some attributes and not in others. We ask for your support in this matter.

Sample products;

https://nakvaryum.com/urun/aquaforest-mineral-salt/ Variations Shown

https://nakvaryum.com/urun/aquaforest-fish-v/ Variations Not Shown

Thank you

Hello again;

As additional information; There are many customizations for the “Single Product” page in the “Elementor Custom Code” area. This includes customizations of your plugin. Please cancel any Single Product customizations in the Elementor Custom Code field before testing.

Hi Toygar,

Thanks for reaching out to us. You have custom CSS to hide swatches: https://snipboard.io/9o8hOu.jpg

Please remove them to make the swatches visible.

Thank You

Hello Hakik,

But our problem is that this variation is represented incorrectly. Let’s change our question a bit.

We removed the code you requested. And the field of variation is now visible. But error is shown. Here, as in other variation areas, there should be only one selection button and it should be side by side. But it doesn’t look like that.

Here are two different sample products;

https://nakvaryum.com/urun/aquaforest-mineral-salt/ Shown correctly

https://nakvaryum.com/urun/aquaforest-fish-v/ Variations incorrect display

Could we be making a mistake somewhere else?

Thank you

Hakik Zaman

Hi Toygar,

You have configured it incorrectly, the plugin is displaying the variation as you set it up.

https://nakvaryum.com/urun/aquaforest-fish-v/: for this product you have created “radio type” swatches. That’s why they are displayed as radio swatches.

https://nakvaryum.com/urun/aquaforest-mineral-salt/: for this either you have created a “button type” swatch or a “select type” swatch and enabled auto convert dropdown to button. That’s why they are displayed as buttons and side by side.

Please check the links on radio type swatch and button type swatch.

I hope this will help you to configure the plugin correctly.

Thank You

Hello Hakik,

Thank you for your instructions. But our settings are the same for both variations. However, one of them appears as “radio” and the other as “election”. I am adding the screenshot;

Hi Toygar,

It’s either a caching issue or any other plugin making them radio swatches.

Please kindly do a plugin compatibility check by doing these steps to identify the error :

=> Deactivate all of your additional plugins except WooCommerce and WooCommerce Variation Swatches Plugin.

=> See if the problem persists.

=> If the problem is resolved, you can tell which plugin might be the culprit of this error by activating your additional plugins one by one.

Looking forward to hearing from you soon.

Thank You

Hello Hakik,

As you said, we did a conflict test by disabling all plugins. We have now identified the plugin causing this error. This plugin is the “FOX – Currency Switcher Professional for WooCommerce” plugin that manages multiple currencies on our website.

In addition to our current issue with this plugin, we have noticed that another feature of your plugin is causing it to display incorrectly or not display at all.

Currently your plugin is working exactly as we expected.

What will be the next step? How can we find a solution to this problem?

Thank you

Hi Toygar,

In addition to our current issue with this plugin, we have noticed that another feature of your plugin is causing it to display incorrectly or not display at all.

I am not clear about this part. Can you please explain it a bit more? A screen recording will help us to understand it clearly.

What will be the next step? How can we find a solution to this problem?

It’s a staging site, please login here and reproduce your issue for one product.

Hello Hakik,

I cannot reproduce this problem on your website. But the problem persists on my own website. What path should I follow?

Thank you

Hakik Zaman

Hi Toygar,

This means the plugin “FOX – Currency Switcher Professional for WooCommerce” is not causing issues.

Please stop all the cache features you have on your site. For example- Server-side cache, and caching plugin cache.

Confirm that your server-side caches are not applied by the hosting support.

Then kindly do a plugin compatibility check again by doing these steps to identify the error :

=> Deactivate all of your additional plugins except WooCommerce and WooCommerce Variation Swatches Plugin.

=> See if the problem persists.

=> If the problem is resolved, you can tell which plugin might be the culprit of this error by activating your additional plugins one by one.

Looking forward to hearing from you soon.
