Variant does’t work with url to variable

Nathan HERZ

Hello,

I have an error on my store is impossible to adjust.

My variant images are not all displayed.

Let me explain: https://pyjama-licorne.com/produit/pyjama-dhiver-en-polaire-pilou-pilou-confortable/

When I change variant the image changes no problem.

But on: https://pyjama-licorne.com/produit/pyjama-dhiver-en-polaire-pilou-pilou-confortable/?attribute_couleur=Bleu&attribute_taille=XXL

Some variants, for example red, no longer change color.

I can’t find a solution.

I deactivated WP Rocket, checked the variants and made sure that all the images were affected.

I can’t understand why these variants display the basic image and how it’s related to: ?attribute_color=Blue&attribute_size=XXL

Please help me.

Thanks

Hi Nathan,

Will you please temporarily deactivate our Swatches plugin and check whether you are encountering the issue or not?

If yes, please give us temporary admin access to your site. We’ll try to investigate the issue for you.

You can add new users by going to Users > Add New set the user and password for us, set the role to admin, and set the info here.

Add your site URL, login username, and password in the site login area. Follow this guideline: https://www.useloom.com/share/27c1f2ac633c4060b2da883d946107d7

If not, please kindly do a plugin compatibility check by doing these steps to identify the error :

=> Deactivate all of your additional plugins except the WooCommerce Plugin.

=> See if the problem persists.

=> If the problem is resolved, you can understand which plugin might be the culprit of this error by activating your additional plugins one by one.

Looking forward to hearing from you soon.

Thank You

Hi Nathan,

I have still the error when it’s desactivate.

If it is happening without our plugin, the issue is from another plugin or your theme.

Please kindly do a plugin compatibility check by doing these steps to identify the error :

=> Deactivate all of your additional plugins except the WooCommerce Plugin.

=> See if the problem persists.

=> If the problem is resolved, you can understand which plugin might be the culprit of this error by activating your additional plugins one by one.

You can use the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin to do the above steps. It will help you inspect your site in troubleshooting mode and your customer can still visit your site even if you are testing your site without plugins.

Thank You
