Swatches are not working for some of the product sometimes. Can’t select the variations. After clearing the cache it is working again. Also not for all products. Check this one https://donaldross.com/product/mens-italian-merino-sweater/ . Litespeed cache is using by the site.

Please flush all the caches like- browser cache, caching plugin cache, and server-side cache [if you have one].
Can you check the incognito mode? It is working there. Yeah it is a cache issue. After clearing the cache it goes away. But all of sudden it comes back after couple of days for some of the product.
Yes, I use always incognito mode for support purposes.
