Dear support,

We have been testing the site https://plm.fxx.mybluehost.me/ and has been so fat good and “Add to cart” was working fine.

For the final addition to our site, we purchased a design tool – imprintnext which is for custom design of the products in our site. The imprint next installed their tool and was working fine, but suddenly when we click, Add to Cart button it gave error – Sorry this product is unavailable. Please choose a different combination.

Furthermore: We could not activate the plugin Variation Swatches for WooCommerce – Pro

The imprintnext says, its the problem of Variation Swatches plugin and Additional Variations image gallery plugin that are causing the problem.

Could you please check and solve this problem.

Thanks

Hi Sithar,

Thanks for reaching out to us.

The imprintnext says, its the problem of Variation Swatches plugin and Additional Variations image gallery plugin that are causing the problem.

Can you please temporarily deactivate the Swatches and Gallery plugin? Then check whether it works with the default WooCommerce or not.

Furthermore: We could not activate the plugin Variation Swatches for WooCommerce – Pro

I can see you are using an older version of Swatches Pro but the Free version is the latest. Please download the latest Premium version from here: https://getwooplugins.com/my-account/downloads/

Then update it manually. Here is a tutorial to update the plugin manually: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=anzv8IsiP2o

After updating the Pro version, try to activate the plugin.

Thank You

Hi Sithar,

If you are still encountering the same issue after disabling our plugins, the issue is not coming from our side.

Please kindly do a plugin compatibility check by doing these steps to identify the error :

=> Deactivate all of your additional plugins except the WooCommerce Plugin.

=> See if the problem persists.

=> If the problem is resolved, you can understand which plugin might be the culprit of this error by activating your additional plugins one by one.

Looking forward to hearing from you soon.

Thank You

Dear support,

Thank you for your quick response.

I have deactivated all plugins and activated plugin – one by one, to our surprise – the Add to Card worked as normal.

Can this type of problem occur, just a curiosity.

Once again, thank you  for the support.

Regards,

Gyanesh
