Plugin shows fatal error after activation

Hi Team,

after activating the Variation Swatches Pro plugin, I receive the note “Cannot activate because of fatal error”. I fixed other technical problems and guessed it working again, but it doesn´t. I need your support to fix the problem as soon as possible because of my Online-Shop. You find my Shop at www.glamdog.net

Could you update your free and premium version of the WooCommerce Variation Swatches plugin?

The current version of Swatches plugins is the following.

Variation Swatches for WooCoommerce – Version 2.0.28

Variation Swatches for WooCommerce Pro – Version 2.0.27

Please make sure you are using the same version and let me know if your reported issue has been fixed or not in this latest update.

You can download the latest version of the premium plugin from here: https://getwooplugins.com/my-account/downloads/

Note: Before updating the premium version, update the free version first. Then update the premium version manually as shown in the tutorial. After updating the premium version, activate it.

I have installed and activated the new Pro version. The basic version was already the recommended version. After activation, I again received the message “there was a critical error” and was also no longer able to access my products. Now it is deactivated again.

Please kindly do a plugin compatibility check by doing these steps to identify the error :

=> Deactivate all of your additional plugins except WooCommerce and WooCommerce Variation Swatches Plugin.

=> See if the problem persists.

=> If the problem is resolved, you can tell which plugin might be the culprit of this error by activating your additional plugins one by one.

I’ve even removed various plugins and have even done without some of them. After this, I opened this ticket. 

You are the experts and I have given you my access data because I can’t get any further. Now I’ve reached my limit ​in selftry and have opened a support ticket and would like a solution​ and your support. If there is no solution, I would like my money back for this unusable plugin. My store urgently needs to work. I only have very limited​ technical options. Please take a look at my​ running system.​ Thats why I opened a ticket. Thank you ​i​n advanced

I have activated the premium version of the Variation Swatches plugin and found everything fine.

Please let me know if I missed anything.

Note: I have also checked the WooCommerce Log and didn’t find any error regarding the Variation Swatches Pro plugin. Please, flush all the caches like browser cache, caching plugin cache, and server-side cache before checking.
