I need to update my PRO plugins but without losing the changes I have

I didn’t realize and my sample licenses for variations and galleries were expired and now that I paid for both of them yesterday, how can I update my two plugins so that wordpress will show all the full features?

Look I already paid but it blocks premium features and tells me to pay again:

Help me to fix it because I already paid but I need to unblock all premium features.

And the sample plug in was deactivated and it asks me to update but it doesn’t let me, how can I download the Pro plug in because in my account I don’t see the option:
