I think that the product is not configured properly. You are trying on a simple product.
Please try switching to the classic editor.
Otherwise, if you give us temporary admin access to your site? We’ll try to investigate the issue for you.
You can add new users by going to Users > Add New set the user and password for us, set the role to admin and set the info here.

Olá, meu site é a infoimports.shop, estou tentando usar pluggin de vocês em meu site, porém não aparece as variações no site, estou usando o tema “Botiga” e o suporte deles já me disse que o tema é compatível.
