Hi!

I have a webpshop where I need to set up the variations like this (if you select the blurred variation, the variations change to the possible options):

But on my page, I can’t click on the blurred and crossed attributes:

https://dreamlashes.hu/termek/dreamlashes-premium-fekete-muszempilla/

 

Do you have a setup for this problem?

It will be really important, because we have a lot of variations and a lot of costumers can’t find the most of the variations…

Thanks for reaching out to us. You can try the Clickable Out-of-Stock feature: https://paste.pics/PE9JK

But that option will work when the variation combination exists but is out of stock. It will not work if a variation combination does not exist.

For example: 

T-shirt Color: Red Size: M exists but the stock is 0. The suggested feature will work. Here is an example: https://www.loom.com/share/cef6b07abebb489a935430feb9097aea

T-shirt Color: Red Size: S doesn’t exist. The suggested feature will not work.

I hope it will clear up your confusion.

The problem is, that the combination doesn’t exist and costumers do not now how to deselect.

Can I make somehow to clear the marking, when I click on a blurred combination?

Unfortunately, this feature is not currently available.

But, this feature is on our to-do list. I can’t assure you that, it will be implemented, and unable to give you an exact date of implementation.

If it is that simple I would happily do it for you. Unfortunately, it is quite complicated.

So, our development team is still researching this. You already know we have to think about a minimum of hundreds of themes and plugins before releasing an update.
