Variation Swatches are not changing the color variation product pic of the product

Hello  I added the attribute swatches of the color variation of the product but it can not change the image of the related color product of the main image on single product page. It reload the product image but can not change the image according to the color swatches. I deactivated all the plugin one by one or together but there is no effect. Color swatches are not changing the product image according to there variation. Please check and let me know the issue why is it so?

Hi Leung,

Please kindly do a plugin compatibility check by doing these steps to identify the error :

=> Deactivate all of your additional plugins except WooCommerce and WooCommerce Variation Swatches Plugin.

=> See if the problem persists. If the issue is resolved, you can tell which plugin might be the culprit of this error by activating your additional plugins one by one.

And don’t forget to add your site login details in the site login details area. I’ll check what’s happening there.

You can add new users by going to Users > Add New set the user and password for us, set the role to admin, and set the info here.

i have mentioned that  plugin compatibility check was done in ticket,
also site URL, login username, and password was already given when the ticket was submitted, please check

The issue seems to be happening due to this error.

Have you added custom JS?

I have checked with the Health Check and Troubleshoot plugin.

If you deactivate Elementor PRO, the image changes fine.

Hi Leung,

We did not change anything on the site. We have tested this using the Health Check and Troubleshoot plugin.

There are lots of console errors on your site and it is hard to determine what is causing the issue.

Can you manage a staging copy of the site, so that we can run more in-depth tests?

Please ask your hosting team to create a staging copy of the site and share temporary access details of it here.

We tried to investigate the issue but the demo site seems to be working perfectly.

While working with this product the images changed according to our selection.

Please try to remove these two sections: {one | two}

Then we can be sure if they are causing the issue or not.

The issue is not consistent. It works for some products.

Scroll down or up on the product page and you can find these JS errors on the console.

I am trying my best to find and fix the issue.

Please help state clearly what you need my help and how long you need instead of keep reply useless and meaningless info.
Also, i have 2 staging site for u to test, if 1 is not okay, try the other one

I could not do that due to this error.

Both staging sites give the same error.
