Product Variation URL is not shown

Hi,

I have purchased the Variation swatches plugin and clicked to show the URL for variations on product pages. (That’s the reason I bought this plugin tbh) but the URL is not shown when changing variations.

Hi Nick,

Please kindly do a plugin compatibility check by doing these steps to identify the error :

=> Deactivate all of your additional plugins except WooCommerce and WooCommerce Variation Swatches Plugin.

=> See if the problem persists. If the issue is resolved, you can tell which plugin might be the culprit of this error by activating your additional plugins one by one.

And don’t forget to add your site login details in the site login details area. I’ll check what’s happening there.

You can add new users by going to Users > Add New set the user and password for us, set the role to admin, and set the info here.

Have you made any modifications to my website, please?

I am also trying to make some changes so we might have conflicts. Please let me know what changes you’ve made in order to revert them if I want to. Your plugin still does not work as it was expected. The URLs are fixed but the design on the front is not ok.

Could you make the URL change when choosing a variant on the product page?
Could we remove the white tick icon from the selected variant on the product page?
Can I add more photos to my variants? But I don’t need them as a gallery, I need them to be stacked as my product photos appear.

Can I remove this “Clear” variations option?

I have added CSS to the customizer to fix them for you. This is the new outlook.

Can I add more photos to my variants? But I don’t need them as a gallery, I need them to be stacked as my product photos appear.

Unfortunately, this is not possible with the plugin right now

Thanks for your help.

Please let me know about the URL fix as it is the most important one, otherwise, we cannot have shareable URLs and we will not be able to use your plugin at all.

Hi Nick,

I hope that you are doing great.

Your theme’s core file tried to customize our plugin’s functions.

We have updated our code for the shareable URL but they still have an older code base.

Due to this conflict, it does not work.

Unfortunately, we don’t have anything to do from our end.

Only they can resolve the issue by updating their code.

Will you please share the issue with them so they can take the action?
