Variation Swatches – Cannot add to cart

Hello,

I have VS Pro ad after woocommerce and wordpress updates I can not longer add any in stock product to the cart. You cvan click on/ highlight a size in a product that is in stock (only show in stock which is what we wanted) but cannot add the product to stock. If I disable both VC and the pro version the old drop down box appears and it works.

Please help promptly.

Hi Jamie,

Thanks for reaching out to us. Please flush your object cache/server-side cache from the hosting settings not from the WordPress backend.

If it doesn’t help please temporarily disable your Caching plugin and flush the object cache.

I am afraid I am not sure how to do this. I am not a developer and he is out of the country.

 

I use plesk to manage the server through fasthosts and cannot see this option there?

Hi Jamie,

Please contact the hosting support to flush the object cache/server-side cache.

They will help you to flush it.

If that doesn’t help please temporarily disable your Caching plugin (you are using on your site).

I am not using a caching plugin and on the server side the object cache has been done/ server restart and it hasn’t changed.

They are all variable product as we have multiple sizes available for each product. Take a look at the website. If you go into a product in teh back end you will see multiple attributes etc..

I hope you know once one script fails to load rest of the scripts will not apply on the web page.

From my inspection, the issue is coming from your theme. I have installed a plugin Health Check & Troubleshooting.

It is not working with your theme. So, there is a high chance your theme was not developed by following WordPress standards.

You will also face issues with your PayPal plugin as well. So, wait for the developer and ask him/her to temporarily switch to another theme or fix the theme.

Till then you can temporarily deactivate the Swatches Plugin. But you will get the errors on your site even if our plugin is disabled: https://paste.pics/PCELF.
