As I described, the Variation Swatches plugin is installed, but
DEACTIVATED at the moment. This is the reason, why you cant’ reproduce the issue. You can see that on the fact, that only the first variation selection is rendered as buttons but the size variation of the second product in the combination is a select box.
I ACTIVATED both plugins temporarily now, so that you can investigate the problem.
After choosing a size of the first product try only choosing a size of the second, already preseletcted product. proceeding to checkout should be possible. But then try selecting a different second product! After this you can’t proceed to checkout, the “Piut into cart”-button never gets clickable after this.

Thank you, I passed that on to my customer, that they can try to set up the products similar to the production site. Will get back to you then… We also have to run WooCommerce Germanized too, for legal reasons. Any complaints about that?

Problem with combination products while variations swatches are active

Hi support team,
we are facing an issue on pages like https://www.esfe.at/produkt/set-11-geheimtipp-enzian/, where we have a combination of products as a configurable product.
The main (first) product is only selectable in size, while the second can be chosen out of a range of other products. When Variations Swatches (incl. pro) is activated to convert size selectboxes of the combinated products to buttons, it is only possible to select the size of the second product, which is selected at page load (on this product page: “Hipster BÖSES WEIBL enzian”) and proceed to checkout.
If the customer changes the second product (on this product page to something other than “Hipster BÖSES WEIBL enzian”, e.g. “Hipster WILDE LECK enzian”) it is impossible to choose a size and proceed to checkout from then on, even if the customers reverts his selection to “Hipster BÖSES WEIBL enzian”. So we had to deactivate Variation Swathces plugin (and it is still deactivated at the moment), otherwise our customers could only buy a distinct, single combination of our products.

PS: we flushed all caches, event the server cache. Didn’t help.
