Update plugin issue

If I try to install the latest plugin update, I get this error:
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare woo_variation_swatches_pro_wc_requirement_notice() (previously declared in /home/zibyxthr/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woo-variation-swatches-pro/woo-variation-swatches-pro.php:31) in /home/zibyxthr/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woo-variation-swatches-pro-2/woo-variation-swatches-pro.php on line 29
