I deactivated the plugin and it seems the issue is present in native Woocommerce functions. Once an attribute is not available with another attribute (i.e. 50cc power with 3000 or 4500w), it disappears and does not show up in the attribute select list again.
Seems the only way is to erase all variations and start again by “generating all variations”.
As you have built your plugin around WC native functions, would you know any workaround as to always being able to show and select all attributes of a product ?

We are having an issue with the variations swatches plugin for WC on a live site.
The problem is that the plugin does not let you select another attribute once a variation has been chosen, which makes the user stuck and other variations unavailable (!).

You can only select 125cc and the power variations and you are stuck there
If you manage to select 50cc, you are stuck and cannot select 125cc
The issue occurs when you add more variations manually and when ALL variations do not share ALL attributes. The blocking of the attribute does not happen when all attributes are affected to all variations (i.e. what is done when you start from scratch and click on “generate all variations”).
In our case, all the variations do not share the 4500W power attribute, this attribute was only added for the 125cc versions of the scooter and we would like to keep it that way.
