Problems with speed of website

Hi there,

i’m having serious trouble with my website innosleeps.com. When you load the product page for the first time it reacts fast and good but when you click on a variation it can load for almost 30 sec. My client is not happy with this because he is losing customers because of this. We already know its from your plugin because we removed all CSS and other codes but only when we deleted your plugin the problem was not there anymore. Can you please try to fix this because my client is losing customers

So when you click on another variation it will load very slow so please don’t show me google pagespeed scores there is something wrong with the plugin of you guys and it needs to be fixed!

Thank you for reaching out to us. Please kindly do a plugin compatibility check by doing these steps to identify the error :

=> Deactivate all of your additional plugins except WooCommerce and Additional Variation Images Gallery Plugin.

=> See if the problem persists.

=> If the problem is resolved, you can tell which plugin might be the culprit of this error by activating your additional plugins one by one.

Note: To do the above tests you can use the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin.

Given login credentials are not working from my end. Please revise your login credentials.

Is it happening for all the product or for specific products? Can you please share how many variation images you have with each variation?

Hi I now for sure its the plugin of the additional images per variation. I don’t know what’s happening but its causing a big network payload. Can you help me fix this?

Did you follow the instructions above to identify the issue?

Are you using any CDN service? If so, can you please temporarily disable the CDN and check the speed?

I updated the credentials. I use cloudflare as cdn so you say I should disable this?

it is happening for all products. The problem is not the first time you load the page but when you press on a variation it begins to load for way to long. Is it a possibility to call with each other?

Temporarily disable the Cloudflare for a test.

If that doesn’t help, please perform a plugin compatibility test as I listed in my previous reply.

Note: To do the compatibility test you can use the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin.

It will help you to identify the issue.
