Hi tim,

Thanks for reaching out to us. Are you trying to use our plugin with Gutenberg block?

If so, our plugin is not compatible with the Gutenberg. Gutenberg is in still beta mode and changing rapidly. We have already created a version for Gutenberg but we can’t release it till Gutenberg is in the stable version. Please check the roadmap of Gutenberg: https://wordpress.org/about/roadmap/

It is in phase 2 out of phase 4. Instead of using the WooCommerce Shortcode to display the products on the archive: https://woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-shortcodes/#products.

Then I can give you a snippet to reposition the swatches.

Hi tim,

Can you please give us temporary admin access to your site? We’ll try to investigate the issue for you.

You can add new users by going to Users > Add New set the user and password for us, set the role to admin, and set the info here.
