Can you please give us temporary admin access to your site? We’ll try to investigate the issue for you.
You can add new users by going to Users > Add New set the user and password for us, set the role to admin and set the info here.

We have the pro version and since some months, the direct add to cart option at the product site is no longer working. In my woo commerce settings the setting option is locked for some reason. I thought we bought that with the pro version. Can you help me?
