Thanks for reaching out to us. Please flush all the caches like browser cache, caching plugin cache, and server-side cache.
To flush the server-side cache, you have to flush it from the hosting backend panel. If you don’t know how to do it, please contact your hosting support to flush your server-side/object cache.
If it doesn’t help, are you using a caching plugin? If so, please temporarily deactivate that.

I flushed all Cache memories as per your instructions including the server one. Also the Browser cache and the Themify Template we are using, it comes with a cache handler so we deactivated it, but the plugin is still not working.

I found the problem, I disabled the Woocommerce optimization that comes in the Themify template and you plugin is running Ok now. I will keep working with this option disabled in the Template.

Plugin is not working

Hi,
I had been using the Variation Swatches for come years (free one) and worked excelent, now I bougth the license and installed the Pro plugin in my site https://marianela.com.uy and the plugin is not working, When I select a Color or other Atribute in a product and then I go to click in the ad to cart button, nothing happens, I got a message that says to go back to the product link… See the video in the following link:
