Update to the plugin destroyed the product layout

When I updated the

Variation Swatches for WooCommerce

it broke the layout of the products that use variation swatches while the pro plugin couldn’t be updated. I was getting error with the update.

This is how the layout looks now. When deactivating the plugin, it regains the layout though the swatces become as a dropdown menu of choice.

Please have a look as this is very important to my client.

Thanks for reaching out to us. Which theme you are using? We have updated our whole codebase in version 2.0 series. Many theme developer customizes our plugin and integrates it with their theme. So, for that theme, it is better to use our older version.

Can you please give us temporary admin access to your site? We’ll try to investigate the issue for you.

You can add new users by going to Users > Add New set the user and password for us, set the role to admin and set the info here.

Thanks for sharing the credentials. I have updated the Variations Swatches plugin Pro on your site.

Everything is working as expected now. You were using an older version of the Pro version 2.0.11.

The latest version is 2.0.23. Please check now and let me know whether it is working from your side or not.

Please flush all the caches like- browser cache, caching plugin cache, and server-side cache.

Recommendation: You are using an older version of WooCommerce. Please try to update all the plugins you have on your site. Otherwise, you may face other issues. Plugin versions are released to minimize various issues. So, it is recommended to use the latest update of the plugin.
