Please try the Reset to default option, it may help resolve the issue.
Otherwise, please give us temporary admin access to your site. We’ll try to investigate the issue for you.
You can add new users by going to Users > Add New set the user and password for us, set the role to admin and set the info here.

swatched not showing when pro activated

Hello, I am having some difficulty with the pro version of the plugin. I have set up a product and added all the attributes, I started to add images to each term but when I view the product page http://twistedloom.thedotfactory.co.uk/product/ottomans-patterned/ the images are not showing just the round swatch with text inside. The strange thing is that if I disable the pro plugin the swatches actually contain the images that I have added. How can I get the swatch to show the image the I have added to each term and on hover I want a larger image so that the customers can see the detail.
