=> Deactivate all of your additional plugins except WooCommerce and Additional Variation Images Gallery Plugin.
=> See if the problem persists. If the problem is resolved, you can tell which plugin might be the culprit of this error by activating your additional plugins one by one.

Please make sure you are using the gallery widget twice on the single product page or not.
For example, one gallery is for the small screen and another for the desktop. If so, please keep one gallery widget and design it for both small and desktop screens.
If you keep two widgets the event will fire for the last gallery widget. Because all the gallery widgets have the same unique ID. So it targets the last loaded gallery widget.
I hope it will resolve your issue.
