When I select a variant, the page scrolls to the footer

Hi,

I have a problem.

I have a product that when you go to select some filters the page scrolls to the footer. I would like to remove this effect.

Hi Paula,

Thanks for reaching out to us. It is a known issue with WooCommerce Additional Variation Images Plugin.

Unfortunately, we couldn’t find a solution for this because it happens on a random site. If you disable that plugin you will not get this issue on your site.

So, we recommend you the Additional Variation Images Gallery Plugin, it is fully compatible with our Swatches Plugin.

The problem is that I already have 600 variations created, I have to put new images in all of them.

Ok, how does it work? I have the new plugin installed and once done. I have to keep the two plugins and do the migration as indicated in the image. Finally I remove the previous plugin I had.

Tell me if it’s correct and in case it doesn’t tell me the steps.

The steps are 100% correct.

But don’t remove the previous plugin just deactivate that plugin.

Then check your site to ensure everything is alright or not.
