VAT is being added

Hi there.

I’d like to switch to pro version (business level) but as you can see below, when trying to pay a 34usd VAT is being added. As a business customer I should have a place to put my European TAX ID and the VAT should be reduced to zero. This is happening everywhere when I’m buying other plugins, etc. How can I provide you my TAX ID to have this tax reduced?

Hi Przemek,

I am sorry for the inconvenience.

One of our payment gateways Paddle charges for VAT and if you are eligible, you can ask for a VAT refund from them.

BTW, you can try the 2Checkout payment gateway, it does not charge for any VAT.
