images display on low quality on PC

Freddy Egoavil

Hi

please compare the images between the mobile and PC, the ones on PC have lower quality.

You can take a look here: https://www.runayaq.com/producto/runayaq-mujer-polo-toros-de-pucara/

Hi Freddy,

Thanks for reaching out to us. Please follow the instruction by following this screenshot: https://paste.pics/OPQWC

Then flush all the caches like browser cache, caching plugin cache, and server-side cache [if you have any].

Please let me know after doing the above whether it resolves your issue or not.

Thank You

Freddy Egoavil

thanks for your response, but the thumbnails were not the issue , the main product images in the product pages are, they are at a lower quality , how to fix that ?

Hakik Zaman

Hi Freddy,

Unfortunately, we display the images as you upload them to your site. We have no control over that.

By the way, you can set your image sizes from here: Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce > Product Images

Please check this screenshot for a better understanding: https://paste.pics/ORTBB

I hope this will help.

Thank You

Hi Freddy,

what size do you recommend ?

We recommend what WooCommerce recommends for example- 600. But you can add any other values to get the size that fits your need.

Thank You

Hi Freddy,

Could you record me reproducing your issue using a tool like this? https://www.useloom.com
It helps me to quickly figure out the issue.

Hi Freddy,

Thanks for sharing the screencast.

can that be fixed ? also, Can I set an specific percentage of zoom ?

The zoom is dependent on the size of the images you have uploaded on your site.

If the dimension of the image is larger, the zoom will work fine.

You are seeing different zoom effects on small devices because of the screen of the small devices.

For that small screen, the current image dimension is good enough to zoom in.

So, you should add larger dimension images to get a better view.

I hope I could clear up your confusion.

Thank You
