2Checkout does not charge for any VAT.
Paddle charges for VAT and if you are eligible you can ask for a VAT refund.

Hi need to renew my order (or buy another license, it doesn’t matter) but guys…
in the company info there’s now way to specify the VAT number (Partita IVA in Italy).
Also, on the payment it charges us more than the normal cost of the plugin and this is due to missing Vat number field when you want to checkout.
Without that we cannot buy the plugin and that would be a shame, please let us know thanks!
