Dear GetWooPlugins Support Team,
In addition to the previous issue, we have noticed another problem with your “Variation Swatches For WooCommerce” plugin on our website. When the plugin is active, the price does not change when switching between product variants with different price ranges.
Could you please also assist us with this issue?
Thank you very much for your help.
Thanks for getting back to us. Can you please clarify the page where variation prices are not updating?
Is it a shop/archive page or a single product page?
Hope to hear from you soon.
Here is the link: https://www.sorrygravity.cz/produkt/the-roger-centre-court-3/?attribute_pa_barva=ice-chalk
We are aware that we have a custom code that modifies the price range instead of the default one. However, even if we remove our custom code, the variation switching still does not work.
Looking forward to your assistance.
In the single product page, changing prices based on variation selection is not a feature of our plugin.
Are you using any custom code to do that?
If so, please temporarily disable our plugin and check if it is working with the default dropdown or not.
As I mentioned before, the issue arises when your plugin is activated. While we do have custom code on the website that modifies the default price range display, even when we disable our custom code, the problem still persists as long as your plugin is active on the website.
Could you record me reproducing your issue using a tool like this? https://www.useloom.com
It helps me to quickly figure out the issue.
I really don’t understand what is unclear to you. When you open that link and try to change the variant, the price does not change, even though it should. What more needs to be explained about this?
The price is not even changing without our plugin: https://www.loom.com/share/d12762edd40c430483494985bad9726b
That’s why I asked for a screencast to understand your issue clearly.
Oh, well, then I don’t understand either. Thank you for testing it. We will continue to search for the error.
Glad to know you understand it now.
So, I am closing this ticket.
