1.3.13 version installed and renewed the subscription but automatic updates not working

I was using 1.3.13 additional variation image gallery for woocommerce pro version installed and i renewed the subscription but automatic updates not working, kindly check, i updated the license key also but even though no way it is automaticallly updating, if i deactivate and delete the old version and installed the new version will my already added product extra images will vanish or not ?
