Thanks for reaching out to us. Please make sure how many variations you have for that product (where crossed-out size is not working).
If the number of variations is greater than 30, it will not work with the free version. In our premium version, it will work for up to 90 variations initially.

I have an issue with the free version. I installed a plugin on two similar websites, and on one, when a product is sold, it shows a crossed-out size, but on the other, it does not. I don’t know why it’s not working correctly, and what the problem could be. I am considering purchasing the PRO version, but I need to fix this problem first.
