Can you please give us a temporary admin access to your site? We’ll try to investigate the issue for you.
You can add new users by going to Users > Add New set the user and password for us, set the role to admin and set the info here.

Let’s try to figure out the issue on your site.
First of all, please check if you have the basic version of the plugin installed on your site. You can download the plugin from this link.
Secondly, you need to download and install the premium version of the plugin from here.
The premium version of the plugin requires the basic version to function properly.
Once both plugins are installed, you need to add your license key here.
