Variation Swatches not working on archive posts

Hello,
I’m working on a new version of a website for my client: spartanbikes.es
Your plugin is working wonders for what my client wants, just want to polish 2 details.
1- On my archive pages, when ajax filter got triggered, then the thumbnail of the product doesnt change when changing color swatches. I think on the main page we’ve already solved this question, something about restarting the swatches, dont know precisely.
2- On the product page, the default swatches of the Theme are showing up instead of the ones from your plugin. I just want yours to show there, dont know how to deactivate them.
