At the moment I have the free version of yours running on our site and I have a question before purchasing.

I can’t see the product-variation-gallery.
The page is designed in Elementor and ”the 7 theme”
Do you offer post-purchase installation support?

The plugin needs the default WooCommerce gallery to operate.

Please make sure that you are not using any custom gallery.

BTW, we don’t have any installation support but we try to ensure that you have the best experience with us.

We have purchased the plugins and indeed by using the default WooCommerce gallery it works now.

But not quite to my liking yet, I can’t get the proportions of the thumbnails right.
It also doesn’t work via Appearance > Customize.

What am I doing wrong? I want the uncropped proportions for the images

Hi Marion,

I am sorry for the late response.

Plugin has the option to control the thumbnail size.

Note, that once you set the desired width (size), you need to regenerate the thumbnails.

You can use this plugin to regenerate the thumbnails.
