Hmm, 42 x 8 = 336 variations. You have so many variations with the product

Will it affect the website?

Those are API requests to bring variation data for each product on the shop/archive page. It will not affect your SEO or site ranking issues.

Please make sure you have “Redis Object Cache” supported hosting or not.

If you don’t know about this, please contact the hosting support and ask them to enable it for you (if they have the support of Redis Object Cache). Our plugin is compatible with the Redis Object Cache for better site performance.
