Hello, I apologize so Im having some problems right now and I’m not sure where to start. So my website has been down for two months and it hasn’t been active but I just activated it today. As I activated it I was going through the website today I was checking to see if everything was fully functioning. When going on my site I noticed that my swatches for the website were not working and I’m pretty sure that I paid to have the pro swatches just the starter pack for 49.99. I also have the variation images plan too that I paid for. When I go on the account it doesn’t show up. So I wanted to know if there is any way that could get checked on. I do know that I think I opened another email account under [email protected] too I tried logging into that one to see if maybe I had bought it under that account instead. when trying to log in to that and also trying to get a new password for that account I kept getting an error. So I was unable to look into that. I do know that I made two different payments to you guys because I can see them from my PayPal account but I also cant find any emails. So I’m just not sure what going on, but I am positive that I’ve paid for the swatches package before so I am messaging to see if anyone can check to ss if I have.
