Attribute images not updating from backend

Hello there 🙂 We have been using the plug-in and everything was okay. But we were hoping to use a combination of your plug-in for swatches, as well as using the Attributes section in the backend of Woocommerce, which we use without your software.

 

So for example (see first screenshot), we have an attribute name called “how many pens?” – this will be used on over 100 listings, and we want to be able to use the exact same swatch photo for each one, and we were hoping we could update this in this area (see screenshot).  Sometimes we might need to edit this swatch so it takes effect across all of the appropriate listings, so we were hoping there was a way we could edit this from one place.

Does this work at the same time as using your plug-in?

We have tried to clear transients as well as expired transients, and this has not worked, even if I update the listings. It seems the only way to do this is by removing the broken images within the Swatch settings of each listing (see second screenshot).

Is there any way around this at all?

Hi Corinna,

Can you please give us temporary admin access to your site? We’ll try to investigate the issue for you.

You can add new users by going to Users > Add New set the user and password for us, set the role to admin and set the info here.
