Pro version not working properly with my Betheme

Hi

please can someone get back to me ASAP.

Just purchased the pro version of your variation swatches for woo commerce,

I use Be theme and have the following issues.

The variations don’t show up on the product page, and I have disabled the standard be theme variation itself for this plugin to work.

it works on a product page, but however, I did the settings for when you hover on for example the colour variation, for the images of the product to change on the colour hovered on, this doesn’t work as well.

Please could this be sorted out? if not, would kindly like a full refund.

What I meant to say in my previous message was, The plugin works for a single product pages , but it doesn’t work for shop page on Be theme. Betheme has its own variation swatches, but I have disable that and the plugin still on working on shop page.

Unfortunately, I couldn’t check your theme code.

I have tried it also using the File Manager plugin.

Can you please enable the theme edit mode to check it for you?

Yes, you are right. As you also see disabling the Bethemes swatches resolved their issues. Themes change the default hooks to beautify their layout. So, without knowing the theme code structure it is difficult to provide a proper solution.

Could you send us the latest version of the theme that you are using on your site? We’ll try to investigate your issue installing your theme on our local setup.

I disabled the betheme swatches as well, but issue not resolved. Am not too technical , hence reasons why I gave my backend login details, I won’t be able to do these things you request as don’t know how to. However , uploaded here is an image of the betheme  version my site is currently working on

It is our working process because it is not clear after reading your ticket title that you want a refund.

We have a bunch of tickets every day it is not possible for them to go inside each ticket to give you a refund.

BTW, you didn’t follow my full instructions. So, you can’t say you have tried everything possible. You didn’t give full access to check your theme code and neither you provided the theme file. We can’t help you when you can’t help us.
