this is the Second Ticket to get a response from Devs Woo variation switches premium version working on Product page but not working in category page

Hi Asif,

Thank you for reaching out to us. Please kindly do a plugin compatibility check by doing these steps to identify the error :

=> Deactivate all of your additional plugins except the WooCommerce and WooCommerce Variation Swatches Plugin.

=> See if the problem persists. If the issue is resolved, you can tell which plugin might be the culprit of this error by activating your additional plugins one by one.

If the plugin conflict check doesn’t help, please record me reproducing your issue using a tool like this? https://www.useloom.com
It helps me to figure out the issue quickly and squash it immediately.

And don’t forget to add your site login details in the site login details area. I’ll check what’s happening there.

You can add new users by going to Users > Add New set the user and password for us, set the role to admin, and set the info here.

i have updated login info in ticket section. and here is a Loom

where i have deactivated all the plugins and showing

its still not working, i have tried changing theme to wordpress default theme (not included in Loom) it still doesn’t work.

Hi Asif,

You were using two swatches plugins on the same site. You can’t use two different swatches plugins on the same site.

I have temporarily deactivated the Smart Variations Images & Swatches for WooCommerce and now it is displaying like this: https://paste.pics/MWBAY

Hakik brother, it was already displaying the switches, but THEY DONT FUNCTION ON CATEGORY PAGE.

I didn’t find it working on the given link, the images are not changing on the single product page.

Please add images for each variation to get it to work.

Bro you have deactivated a Plugin thats why its not working ( not changing image ) in single product page. check screenshot.

 

but if we enable that Smart Variations Images & Swatches for WooCommerce 

then it will work (change image on color selection) in Single product page

 

but in Category /Archive page it only shows the color switches doesnot change image on Selecting a Color.

 

if you dont have a solution for that let me know so i wont be repeating same thing 10 times more

I think you are not reading my replies properly. I have already mentioned:

You were using two swatches plugins on the same site. You can’t use two different swatches plugins on the same site.

The images you are indicating are coming from another plugin: https://paste.pics/MWEPN. It is not possible to get those images using our plugin. Our plugin will work with the WooCommerce setup but you are trying to get it to work with another swatches plugin.

I hope it will clear up your confusion.
